Payment Terms
The payment terms for all of our properties at the Dunes Golf & Spa resort, Port El Kantaoui, Tunisia are:
Euro3,000 reservation.
50% of balance (less reservation payment) on contract.
10% of balance 6 months following the reservation.
60% remaining balance on completion in June 2011.
