The Villas at Las Cabanas, Oriental Coast are divided into two categories - Sea View and Garden View.
The Sea View villas hug the shore line and have superb views across the beach and over the bay. If you want to have a beach front villa in Egypt this is definitely the place to get one as the position, location and views are wonderful.
The Garden View villas are set in landscaped gardens and are just meters from the beach.
If capital appreciation at Marsa Alam is anywhere near as good as the phenomenal growth achieved from our properties at Sharm-el-Sheikh, and at Sahl Hasheesh, near Hurghada, then purchasers are sure to make substantial returns on their investment.
Las Cabanas Payment Terms
The payment terms for our Villas and Apartments at Las Cabanas, Marsa Alam are:
GBP2,000 fully refundable deposit.
30% (less deposit) on exchange of contracts.
70% in 8 equal 3-monthly instalments over 24 months.
Once the Master Plan has opened, you will be able to zoom in and see the detailed position and numbering of the villas and the apartment blocks. Apartments are currently available in Blocks 2, 12 and 13. Each Block is made up of two buildings which are joined together and form an "L" shape. Block 10 comprises building 19 (which is the horizontal building) and building 20 (vertical). Block 13 comprises building 25 (horizontal) and building 26 (vertical). Further Blocks will be released in the future.
