Prices for 1-bedroom apartments at Playa Vista start from as little as £55,700.
2-bedroom apartments at Playa Vista start at just £100,150.
In addition, all properties are subject to a £2,000.00 purchase administration/legal fee charged by the Developer.
All our properties at Playa Vista are sold in Moroccan Dirhams. Prices in sterling are given for illustration purposes and are subject to changes in the exchange rate.
Playa Vista Payment Structure
Purchasers have the option of two different payment structures at Playa Vista:
Option 1
£2,000 deposit upon reservation.
40% (less £2000 deposit) on exchange of contracts.
60% on completion (expected end 2009).
Option 2
£2,000 deposit upon reservation.
100% (less £2000 deposit) on exchange of contracts.
This will secure a 5% reduction in the purchase price.
Typical closing fees of 5% - 6% involve:
2.5% - Developer's Property Registration Charge.
1.0% - Fees for New Title Deed.
0.5% - Public Notary Tax.
0.5% - Public Notary Honorarium.
0.5% to 1.5% - Stamps and Miscellaneous Items.
