Regency Beach

Regency Beach is a private, gated beach-front apartment development that will offer owners luxury resort facilities and amenities. Regency Beach is currently the hottest property in Hurghada, with apartments currently selling at the rate of 40-50 units per week.     Regency Beach is presently in its pre-launch phase, so the prices below are currently discounted. They will not stay this level for long, so buyers who get in at this early stage are going to make an immediate profit as soon as the pre-launch offer is over (end Feb 2008).

    Apartments are being sold on a price per square meter basis depending on the floor. First floor apartments come with a garden, which is why they are more expensive than second floor apartments. Fifth floor apartment purchasers have the option to buy the rooftop above their apartment for an additional payment.

    The pre-launch prices per square meter (sqm) are:

    The payment schedule for all our apartments at Regency Beach is:

  • GBP1,000 Initial reservation fee (refundable).>/li>
  • 40% Deposit (less the initial reservation fee) payable within 21 days.
  • 25% six months following initial deposit.
  • 25% twelve months following initial deposit.
