    Cash buyers paying 100% of the cost of the apartment upon contract can obtain 7% discount from the standard prices.

    Investors looking to buy an entire block of six units and paying all in cash are able to receive addional 5% discount from standard prices.

    Payment Terms

    The payment terms for all our peoperties at Sharm Bride are:

  • Reservation fee of EGP10,000 (just under GBP1000) fully refundable within seven days (cooling-off period).
  • 40% upon contract (less the reservation fee).
  • 60% in quarterly installments over a period of 18 months (6 post-dated cheques).
