Sharm Bride Prices
Sharm Bride is priced to offer excellent value for money and provide a good investment with good capital appreciation anticipated.
With such a perfect location and affordable prices, its hardly surprising that the Sharm Bride has been a runaway success, with the vast majority of the apartments already sold. There are still, however, apartments of all sizes still available in Phase Two of the development.

Investors looking to buy an entire block of six units and paying all in cash are able to receive addional 5% discount from standard prices.
Payment Terms
The payment terms for all our peoperties at Sharm Bride are:
Reservation fee of EGP10,000 (just under GBP1000) fully refundable within seven days (cooling-off period).
40% upon contract (less the reservation fee).
60% in quarterly installments over a period of 18 months (6 post-dated cheques).
