Sultanate Payment Terms
The payment terms for all our properties at the Sultanate of Pleasures is:
5% reservation deposit.
20% on exchange of contracts.
75% paid in 12 quarterly payments over three years.
Completion of Sultanate of Pleasures will be Septembner 2011.
