There are airports at Reggio di Calabria and Lamezia Terme, and international flights also come in to Naples and to Palermo on Sicily. Ryanair flies directly from London Standstead to Lamezia Terme airport three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). Thomson Holidays will shortly be introducing direct flights to Calabria from 5 regional UK airports. Lamezia Terme airport is just 1.5 hours drive from Bianco, and the airport has plent of car hire desks. The train station at Lamezia is 2km from the airport and from there you can catch a train to Bovalino or Bianco, which takes around 2hrs 45 mins.
